Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at reception until your room is ready.

Check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you would like a late check-out or to extend your stay, please inform reception in advance.

The total balance of your confirmed reservation must be paid in the check-in before accessing your room. No refunds apply.

Breakfast included in your reservation is served from 7:15 AM to 10:00 AM. Outside these hours, breakfast is available at an additional cost.

If your rate includes airport transfer, please inform your flight number to reception at least one day in advance.

The pool is open to guests from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Cleaning and maintenance takes place outside these hours.

Safety deposit boxes are available for your valuables. Please report them at reception. We are not responsible for any losses.

Smoking is not allowed in the facilities or rooms. Smoking inside the room will incur a penalty of S/ 300.00.

For safety reasons, only alcoholic beverages sold by the hotel are allowed.

Any damage to furniture, equipment, towels, bed linens, or other items will be charged according to the hotel's pricing.

Visitors are welcome in common areas until 10:00 PM. Access to rooms is not permitted.

Please respect other guests. Avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM and early in the morning.

Each reservation specifies room type, number of guests, and services. Any changes will be subject to the current rates.

We have specific rules across different areas of the hotel to ensure safety and a better stay for all guests.
