At CasaBosque, we understand that your pet is part of the family. That’s why we’ve created a Pet-Friendly experience so you can travel and enjoy your stay with your four-legged companion—without leaving them behind.

Here, you can share special moments in a setting surrounded by gardens, nature, and tranquility, with the good vibes that define every corner of CasaBosque.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICIES

At CasaBosque, pets are welcome. We have developed this policy to ensure a harmonious coexistence, safeguarding your pet’s well-being, the comfort of other guests, and the preservation of our facilities.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Dogs and cats up to 18 kg are allowed.
  • A maximum of 2 pets per room is permitted.
  • Only pets with a friendly temperament that do not pose a risk to other guests, staff, or animals are accepted.
  • Breeds classified as potentially dangerous under current Peruvian regulations are not allowed (such as American Pitbull, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, Bullmastiff, Doberman, and Rottweiler), as well as pets trained for fighting or with a history of aggression.
  • Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and deworming. A copy of the vaccination record or certificate must be provided at the time of booking or before check-in.
  • Pets under 3 months of age or those with contagious diseases or health conditions that may affect their well-being during the stay are not permitted.

RATES & DEPOSIT

  • The Pet-Friendly service fee is S/ 50.00 per pet.
  • A refundable deposit of S/ 100.00 per pet will also be required. This will be returned at check-out after room inspection, provided there is no damage, excessive dirt, or additional cleaning costs.

DURING YOUR STAY

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

  • Pets must always be under the supervision of their owner.
  • In common areas, pets must be kept on a leash, harness, or inside a carrier.
  • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
  • Pets must not be left alone in the room or in common areas.
  • Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, mattresses, or other hotel furniture.
  • Guests are responsible for preventing barking, meowing, or any behavior that may disturb other guests.
  • Pets must not relieve themselves in gardens, hallways, or common areas. If this occurs, the owner must clean it immediately.
  • CasaBosque does not provide pet food, beds, bowls, litter trays, or other pet supplies. Guests must bring everything necessary for their pet’s care.
  • Hotel items such as towels, sheets, pillows, or blankets must not be used for pets.

CLEANING, DAMAGES & LIABILITY

The guest assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or incident caused by their pet during the stay, including but not limited to:

  • Furniture,
  • Linens,
  • Mattresses,
  • Facilities,
  • Gardens,
  • Other guests,
  • Other pets,
  • CasaBosque staff.

In case of damage, repair or replacement charges will apply based on hotel assessment. As a reference:

  • Furniture damage: from S/ 250
  • Linen damage: from S/ 200
  • Mattress damage: from S/ 300

If the damage exceeds these amounts, the actual cost will be charged.

BEHAVIOR & RIGHT OF ADMISSION

CasaBosque reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the pet and, if necessary, the responsible guest, in cases of:

  • Aggressive behavior,
  • Abandonment of the pet,
  • Animal abuse,
  • Persistent noise,
  • Repeated non-compliance with these policies,
  • Any situation affecting the safety, hygiene, or experience of other guests.

If applicable, CasaBosque may report such incidents to the relevant authorities.

GUIDE OR ASSISTANCE DOGS

  • Certified guide or assistance dogs are accepted in accordance with applicable regulations. These cases are exempt from additional charges, provided proper documentation is presented.

DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • As part of the check-in process, the guest must sign a Responsibility Declaration, confirming that the information provided about their pet is accurate and fully accepting the terms of this Pet-Friendly policy.
